I found the sawzall was the easiest way on my build, cut the nails off between the boards. Nice Build.

I was so sure i didnt wanted more than 3 breeds but as I see want you did I'm re-considering that. With a few breeders pens i can have a few more breeds and enjoy more diversity.

Yes, we have latches on them. Similar to these

One day I will put a latch on the front door so we can get in easier. Now we still have to unscrew them to get in. We don't go in often, but enough we need an easier way to get in.

Things I have changed. I moved the waterer into the run to keep them mess out of the coop. We did change the feeders location, when it would rain water would get in the feeders. I would also not put the plastic on the floor.... maybe something stronger, like linoleum would work better.... not biggie, but I suspect I will have to replace it eventually. I would also make the divider walls TALLER all the way to the top if possible. They roost on the divider and poop in the nest boxes on the other side.

wow i love it!! I am making myself some breeding pens for the silkies and polish AND cochins, looks good! helpful with ideas, now where to get pallets ? ahh yes, that one place that i drive by anytime i go anywhere, its five minutes away. this could be dangerous..

I know.... I need more now too. I need grow out pens with electricity and some smaller pens for just pairs and trios. If you start a thread for your build send me a link. I need some pens on a SMALLER scale too.

Sadly my source has dried up
