My new coop/pen and hens

Lovely head-shots! I had a couple of white leghorns years ago, and you're right, they are not that friendly. I could go up to and pick up any other hen or rooster in my flock with no problem, but when I tried with those two, they'd go flapping and running all over the yard screaming bloody murder! I always found them amusing, though. Welcome to BYC!
