Be forewarned, photographing your chickens becomes addictive! My 11 year old son calls me the chicken paparazzi! LOL

@ jayne... "the girls" are 19-20 week old 'point of lay' pulletts... well that's what we call them here in Ireland.
They are settling in nicely and I hope to have eggs in the next few weeks:). I have 4 red hens (Rhode Island strain)
and 2 Leghorn strains, the LH are not friendly and flighty and would never let me stroke them. I'm enjoying keeping them so far.
There's only one problem with the 'run' and that is I made it too low. I am 6ft 1in tall and every time I'm in the run I come out with a lump on my head:(
However, I'll soldier on;) hehe.
Regarding the pics... I am an amateur photographer and take pics as a hobby... Nothing professional.
