My new Girls

These girls were headed to the fertilizer plant. If I had the money I would have saved everyone of them. Described as Austra Whites, these ladies will need time to acclimate and learn to be 'real' chickens. I don't think the one laying down knows how to stand. There are four of them. One of them knows how to hide. Can you find her? Time to trim toe nails!

Not sure. We put empty gallon milk jugs in unneeded nest boxes so maybe it's a jug?

That's a light bulb. One of those new fangled kind my Hubby brought home.

It's exhilarating to see them take their first freedom walk. One of them isn't quite sure of how to move her feet.
