My New Peach Trio

ZAZOUSE peach is lighter then cameo. It came from a cross between purple and cameo if I remember correctly. When they are adults the peach is a light orange(ish) color where the cameo is more brownish. Here are some of Deerman's picture of a peach peacock:

West - yes I was watching them for hours. They are actually a light orange color right now and you can hardly see the barring on the male they are so light. If you click onto the first picture you can see a very little bit by the wing.

I would take a picture of my cameo next to them but he is blind and turned pure white with a few brown feather here and there. I cannot let him out with the adults as they attack him. So I still pick him up and place him next to the food and water bowls and tap on the food - he starts eating. He drinks on his own by listening to the chickens drink and makes a bee line for the waterer LOL. He lives with that young ones during the summer months. I would love to have cameo, opal and wild green.

Congrats Yoda! So you use a pen in your basement as quarentine? That is a cool idea...

Minx it is actually a large dog crate (cage) that I modified. I added 2x4 and some 1/4 hardware cloth to the bottom and hung a heat lamp. I use it as a Quarantine cage, a hospital cage for sick birds and a grow out pen for chicks. It is big enough to hold a large bird and easy to carry out the door to clean LOL
