He looks like a game breed mixed with easter egger. I'd say between 1-2 years, judging by his spurs.

I definitely see a pea comb. Maybe try zooming in on the first picture?Never showed birds, but it does look to me as though he was dubbed. Even Easter Eggers usually have larger wattles than that. I agree with @The Phantom as to his age, and retract my earlier statement about the patchy coloration of his tail.
Below is a Crele Old English Game. It's a pretty common breed (for a game rooster that's not a bantam) and I suspect that's what he is. (though your boy has prettier feathers, without a doubt.)

EDT: I can't seem to get a very good look at his comb, though, so it may not be dubbed. Is it a smooth line across the top? If it is, he was almost certainly dubbed. If it wasn't, then he has a pea comb and may very well be a game/Easter Egger cross.
