He looks like a Splashed Laced Wyandotte (the blue in Blue Laced Red Wyandottes doesn't breed true, giving splash birds in additon to the BLRW). If you breed a splash to a splash you will get 100% blues.

May be a Blue Ameraucana. More likely, it is just an Easter Egger.

Your cockerel is either a blue laced or splash laced red Wyandotte. Hard to say what breed the chicks are as many breeds have that chick down pattern. Though I suspect both could be Easter Eggers (what hatcheries call Americanas). Depends on what leg color and comb type they have.

There are many different breeds that start out with a chipmunk pattern. Leg color, and comb type, can narrow down the possibilities. Hatchery EEs most often have green legs, Wyandottes have yellow legs, brown Leghorns also have yellow legs, speckled Sussex have white legs, Welsummers have yellow legs, and so on.

Another question, is there any particular reason why 2 of my new hens combs would be all wilty? Like when an orca is in captivity too long, their dorsel fin lists, I have some hens hose combs like this? Perhaps poor living conditions before moving home with me?

Some large combed breeds just naturally have floppy combs. Leghorns are a big one for floppy hen combs.
