my newly hatched chick won't stand up!!!!!

Any help would be great! I had a chick hatch out today! Yea, only I cant stand up boo

some how it keeps flipping over on its back. I try to get it to drink and it looks like it is gagging. Please help. I have the tape on it for the spradle legs. Though I am not sure if that is waht it is. And do they ever recover from that?

I have never had a chick with spraddle leg, but I have read about people who have and have successfully corrected it, so there is hope. I am sure more people with more info will respond.

is it warm enough? sometimes they will fall over on their backs if they are not warm enough, or you need to put some sugar in the water to help get a good start.. sometimes the stress gets them and the sugar works and the heat.
