Here is Alto showing off! I am enjoying his displays more since his tail isn't all brown anymore. The bit of green he has makes it more impressive. I can't wait for him to get his first eye feather!
This is Alto's backplate (the scale-like feathers on his back) it is getting really pretty and is getting greener all the time.
Compare Alto's backplate with my three year old male Dragon's backplate and you can tell that Alto still has to get more color before he has a true adult backplate.

Here is Damsel!
Damsel is eating some of the treats I brought today which are colar greens, grapes, apple slices, plum, green pepper, dogfood, and their regular food sunflower seeds.
This is what the birds do when they see a hawk. They tilt their head looking up at the sky and stand there sometimes making little sqeaking noises. If you follow their gaze, you can easily spot the hawk.
