I've chosen Marans and anything else from the Pure  Posh assortment.

I've had bad luck with my chocolate eggers (Out of my first 2, 1 was a roo, the other was killed by an owl, & the welsummer I got this year didn't make it very long. I only have 1 Barred cochin who unexpectedly lays chocolate eggs, but she's currently very broody), so I'm hoping to hatch out at least 1 girl. The last time I hatched chicks I ended up with all cockerels. 

That sounds familiar, we must be related! Lol! My very 1st successful clutch was 10 Cream Legbar cockerels! And I swear, I can't hatch a BCM pullet to save my life!! Lol!
