I spoke with Joyce from MPC this morning. She told me the owner would be contacting me by the end of the business today. Guess what? No call. I guess they proved that they dont care about one customers satisfaction. He couldnt even call me to discuss it and tell me no. Im so ticked off. Never again.

I need the money I wasted for more Marans!

Update: I received a message from someone high up in the food chain with MPC. The owner considered my offer and they will allow me to get some chicks when I get ready. I just need to handle the shipping. Im very thankful that this has been resolved to some degree. So my final review for the company? I think they need to choose different breeders. I feel that the majority of the staff are helpful. I feel that they do need to be more on top of resolving issues. They took their time getting back with me. Also their was a little confusion in understanding information back and forth. This would have been eliminated if they would have just called me and we spoke in person. Email sucks conveying important info. Would I buy from them again? Probably not. Even though they resolved it, it was more of a pain than it needed to be. Anyone buy any Marans from them? And if so whats the quality like? I know it wont be as good as an independent breeder that strives for perfection but if they are decent then I will be happy.
