My pic of eggs & mini rant...

Now correct me if I'm misguided but a bloom is a thin coating over an egg that can wash off (which then allows bacteria to penetrate.) I don't see how refrigerated makes any difference to bloom or anything else about an egg except that it would make them last longer as cold temperatures inhibit bacteria growth. Washing an egg takes off the bloom & shortens shelf life but refrigeration would only prolong shelf life. Also being summer, I wouldn't want an egg to start to develop during the heat of the day as that would make it go off for sure.
