Your other bird might be a splash or a blue. The blue polish can get that "ticking" for lack of a better word, and it is hard to tell the two colors apart until you try to hatch some of their eggs.
As far as her age, are her leg scales rough looking or not? Older birds legs sometimes look scaly and rougher than younger birds. Also some of my older birds will develop a small spur when they are over three years old.
