Came out to see my chicks this morning and found a hen with this. Could this be from a roo? No possiabluty of other animal attacks, no other hens injured

she is isolated can she be turned back with her flock?

I would keep her separated for a few days. Clean her wound and put some neosporin without pain relief on it. When you do let her back with the flock I would blue kote the wound so the others won't peck at it. Best of luck and I am not sure what could have caused that.
