Here's a link that can maybe help: https://www.backyardchickens.com/legchart/leg%20color%20chart.htm

(Change
"backyardchickens" to "ulitimatefowl." For some reason it won't post properly.)

Now here's my only question. It says Y x Y = B-pullets, Y-stags ??? If you cross a Rhode Island Red with a Rhode Island Red, you get all yellow legs. But if you cross a Rhode Island Red with a Barred Rock you do get B-pullets, Y-stags. Why?

I did BTW do a cross of a Buff Orp roo (white legs) and Barred Rock hens (yellow legs) last year. I gave away all the roosters as chicks. To my surprise, the hybrid pullet's legs were white, yellow, willow green, and blue slate. But when I stumbled upon this chart it all made sense.
