No they don't. They are more likely to be acting like a real jerk at that age
I am still trying to figure my flocks sexs out too. My leghorns were easy to tell my others not so much lol
Most of us are confused at some time or other .I'd be looking for eggs . This is a good time of year to have them start laying . You should have eggs most of the winter. I have 30 week old pullets that have gone broody already 
. Hopefully yours won't because it's late in the season. It looks like you've done a good job so far.
