I was not going to reply for various and probably obvious reasons but I feel I must because, bottom line, regardless of grammar, communication barriers or age, there is a rooster who may need help.
My suggestion, if you cannot take him to a Vet, is to coax him into eating some sardines in oil.
I have found in the past that chickens like sardines and the oil will hopefully aid him in passing any bits of sock he has eaten.
If he is wearing a sock because you do not want him to crow, it sounds like it is not working and he is also trying to remove it.
Please, for his sake, find him a home where he can crow to his heart’s content without the risk of dying from either choking or blockage.
I am also guessing that you are trying to stop him from crowing because you are not allowed to have a rooster? This raises the question, why do you want to keep a rooster? Is it because he looks after the flock?
I am not allowed to have a rooster here and for that reason, I have to look out for the flock. Free range is supervised, the girls run to me when scared etc. If it is because you want fertile eggs, these can be ordered online or picked up locally. Is he part of a breeding program? May be the breeding program needs to go on hold until you are in a position that you are able to keep roosters?
What I am trying to say is, if you are not allowed to have a rooster, please do not torture him by trying to keep him; there are alternatives.
