My rooster is having serious walking troubles

I feed him, Scratch, all kitchen scraps( That are good for chickens.) He is free ranged, which means, fresh seeds, worms, water and more.

I am not the owner of the farm, the owner buys the food. We also have different animals, including goats, cows, a donkey, a parakeet, dogs. Maybe I do need a health check can I send you a picture of him??

exactly. if you free range, they will eat more healthy.

If the foot is swollen and he's having trouble putting weight on it, it could very well be bumblefoot.

Without photos it's hard to say for sure, but bumblefoot is common enough to make me think it's that.
