My rooster thinks my other rooster is a hen

I have 3 roosters (trying to find a home for the new 2 they are rescues) and they generally keep to themselves and the rooster never is aggressive to them but recently my older rooster has been tidbitting and even trying to mount the other 2 roosters I didn't know this even happens, is this ok or should I stop this behaviour? The white rooster is the dominant rooster that mounts and feeds the other two and the colourful one is one of the rescues that he does it to

R u sure bc I didn't think that roosters feeding another rooster shows dominance I thought maybe the mounting part but the titbitting?

Roosters will tidbit other chickens, whether those other chickens are hens or not. Sometimes it’s a challenge/a display of dominance, but sometimes they just want to find food for their flock. There’s no reason to stop the mounting unless they’re actually hurting each other.

I wouldn't worry about it unless he's hurting them in some way.
