My roosters are about 4 months and neither of them has started crowing and none of them have tail sickles.

Are you sure they are all roosters? The australorp looks a bit like a rooster, are they leaders. I had a young banty who started crowing almost right after we got him out of the brooder. Even in the brooder he looked very much like a rooster. When I check if they are roosters I look for bright red combs.

My last cockerel didn't crow until his was almost 6 months old, so it's possible. Have you parted the feathers in the saddle area (above the tail towards shoulders) to look for shiny feathers coming in? Good, current pictures of comb, full body in natural posture, and saddle area could help a lot.

As the title said. I have 3 roosters about 4 months old and none of then have started crowing and none have their tail sickles yet. Is this normal? This is my first time raising chickens so I don't know if this is normal or not.
We got chicks on April 24th My Australorp crowed for the first time on June 1st
