My roosters are about 4 months and neither of them has started crowing and none of them have tail sickles.

They all look a bit scrawny and behind to me for 4 months, both in body shape and feathering.

What are you feeding them?

By way of comparison, these barnevelders of mine are 9.5 weeks old and are the SLOWEST maturing birds I've got. But their feathering and body shape is way more developed than yours are at 4 months. Just an observation in case you need to boost their diet with more protein, or deworm them, for example.

Im giving them cracked corn, i bought some broiler feed for them but they didn't eat it all, they tried to but it fell out of their beaks. I made the feed in a powder but they didnt eat that at all

I agree on both points.

Make some of it into a wet mash, but for the most part just put the pellets or crumble into their usual feeder and don't give them anything else. They'll eat their good food when they understand that they're not getting to live on cake and candy anymore.

A lot of grass, greens and fruit can make their poop runny. Are they still getting these in their diet, either from foraging (nothing you can do) or from kitchen scraps (reduce these a bit)?

Otherwise, just stick to feeding as you are (great that they are eating the feed now) and ride it out while they get used to it.

What breed are they. In my experience onset of crowing is frequently breed dependent.

One rooster is an australorp, another a leghorn and one is a mix of three different breeds - old english, gamefowl and one more breed i forgot

When we had a Barred Rock Cockerel he didn’t start crowing until 5 months.
