My roosters foot,

:We have a prized rooster and he has a foot problem, He always had alot of feathers and meat on him, and he is really heavy, During last winter he got frost bite on his foot and comb, we fixed him all up but his foot was still not perfect, after Winter he got even heavier and heavier,
now he can not do the things he use to do, HELP???
