My rooster's wattle is swollen

So i my rooster's nearly 5years old now, till date he had no problems whatsoever, around 2 days ago his wattle swell up, when i feel it, it kinda feels like a water balloon and hot too, he also started sneezing so i gave him an tab today, also his comb and wattle look bright red as always so i don't so i can't really pin point what the problem might be.

The sneezing turned out to be food stuck between the comb and its nostril so its ok now, just cleaned him up, what worries me is the swollen wattle he looks perfectly healthy, eats properly and everything, donno why exactly its swollen, there are no visible wounds or cuts or anything, thanks for the reply i've been checking out some of the posts and i'll check back tomorrow.
