I just went out to grab the saint bernard puppy to bring her back inside and I saw her chasing and mauling something while playful barking.I thought it was a fuzzy toy that belongs to my other dog at first then I heard the high pitched angry rooster noise.
My little banty rooster Harold had jumped the coop fence again to free range and Keva found him apparently and thought he looked like a whole lotta fun.She is never really aggressive with the chickens but having a little one who had no one else with him made him irresistible.
She is back on the lead line on the other side of the house away from the coop and he is in the coop recovering.He is missing most of his gorgeous fluffy tail and has 1 little puncture mark.Thank god she isnt as rough as some large breeds, her 90lb butt could have easily killed him.
