For a much small than average chicken, I would halve the dosage.

This morning I saw another candied yolk stuck to her cloaca.
She asked for the nesting box, she stayed 15 minutes, and she left it singing loud.
I didn't receive your answer so she had 250mg (it's big in her mouth).
She ate and came back to the nest.

She doesn't look ill. Maybe she's an internal layer ?

A new reproductive infection can produce few symptoms other than pus in the poop occasionally. Continue with the amoxy at 150 mg to 250mg per day. There is leeway with the dosage. Just don't go over 250mg per day. I would do it for the full ten days. Then watch to see if any more blobs appear. Hopefully, the amoxy will knock this down.
