My Seramas feathering up

They look gorgeous! How is the silkied boy acting? He is posing relatively well for a bird that isn't feeling well, although his comb is a bit more faded. Maybe it's the temperatures? My girls have stopped laying due to the cold we have been experiencing this week

Hi ,Thank you!! yes his comb is faded he's better than he was but I'm thinking it may be cardiac related.
I've seen his comb go a bluish colour and he becomes lethargic then.
He perked up when we brought the little hen in to keep him company

Hm, then you are right to think cardiac issues. Hopefully it isn't too major, although I have heard of serama suddenly passing due to heart issues within the first year or so. Let's hope the comb colour change is mostly due to the cold, which would be a factor to consider either way
