my silkie

my silkie isn't acting right he's droopy headed and doesn't move around but he also loses hes balance a bunch whats wrong with him

we gave him some talin and some peniclin but he still kind of droopy head and doesn't walk around a bunch but doesn't lose his balance as much but sort of king of does

SO PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Sounds like it could be wry neck- I'd give vitamins to him (the feed store sells vitamin packs for chickens).

Some give vitamin E and selenium to their silkies with neurological problems with great results (you can search byc for the dosage as I have not done this).

He could have been pecked on the head, or have infection, to cause some brain swelling as silkies have a soft spot in the head like a baby. (You can see "silkie skull" article at link I gave you above to see pics of silkie skull.
