Thank you for telling me your story. My heart goes out to you.

I came extremely close to losing my only child, also a son, 2 years ago this month. It is a hard time for me as well, and I only came close. I can't imagine waking up every day with a piece of me missing. I am grateful every day that he is still here despite some lasting effects he will carry with him the rest of his life. Thank you for reminding me that even if he is turning in to a know it all teen

I am thankful for every day.
