Thought I'd pitch in with the names: My oldest son is Dillon Taylor and my youngest is Colton Curtis. I also liked Grayson for Colton but DH like Colton (Colt) best. And FlyingMonkeyPoop your kids are in trouble when they hit school with names like Howdy and Banjo. Unless they plan on being rodeo clowns please reconsider when the time comes.

My g'pa's name was Harry. You don't hear that one any more for boys and it's a classic.

Michael is a great name. It's my son's. Although, I heard that boys named Michael can be a handful. Is that true? :lol

Michael means "Who is like God?" People often leave off the question mark, which gives the name a different connotation altogether

I think its a beautiful reminder that even though my kid is almost perfect

, we still need to remember who created him, and who is really in charge.

My son is having dental work done tomorrow (he is two) and while defending the name Michael I had to remember who is really in charge of his teeth, and its not me

Congratulations on your expected arrival. We have 5 kids and our youngest 2 are boys. All our kids have family names. I love that they all are named after someone in our family.
Our boys names are,

James Allen and Jacob Virgil

My grandfathers middle name was Augusta. We almost went with Virgil Augusta with son # 2. My husband really wanted a Gus, but was happy with a Jake!

I can't find your finalist list so will throw in my 2 cents....We have a Denver. I wasn't sure about it at first but was my husbands choice. (I got to name the girls...Adria and Ella) so I couldn't go back. It definately fits him. He likes his name anyway!
