how to make food for noob
today's recipe:
SilverM0on's bio hazar poisonous spaghetti sauce
we all have our own spagetty recipe here is mine
1.. dump onions and celery and carrot and come butter in a BIG pan... HEAT :burning:
2...a bit later add a bunch chopped garlic, parsley, basil , oregano (real herbs not dried stuff) and more veggie
3... a bit later add the soft veggie like mushroom, sweet pepper zucchinis and such
4.. a bit later (i know im repeating this a lot) a can of tomato paste ... and the grey stuff is not sand its pepper
5... then a big can of chopped tomato and a big can of tomato puree
6... i add corn and i cook sausage meat and dump it in or peperoni or meatball while the sauce finish cooking i heat water for the pasta and cook them
let simmer for an hour if the sauce is to thick cause the water evaporate i add chicken stock or tomato juice... VOILA you got SilverM0on spaghetti sauce... skip the number 6 if you want to make it vegetarian.. i love to make a big pot and freeze it then i got super good sauce ready whenever i need it its much better and healthy then supermarket sauce... beside i like mine whit big chunk of veggie i don't like the liquid sauce at the grocery
