Nice to see a fellow Highlands Ranch resident on here! We just got our first four chickens in May and moved them into their coop a couple of weeks ago. So much fun! What has been your neighbors' reaction so far? Ours have been pretty fascinated, with a few wanting to explore getting chickens as well, which I think is pretty cool. Can't wait for eggs!

VERY NICE coop and run! YES, I am thinking you will be asked to share your plans with others in your neighborhood. I am impressed with your research and that your HOA approved your design. I have read some horror stories about HOA's.
