Here is how

3 med/large eggs
3-6 tablespoons soy sauce
3-6 tablespoons white sugar

In a bowl mix 3 eggs, soy sauce, and sugar till well blinded. If you want you can add extra soy sauce and sugar to your teast.

Have a large cooking pan and spray with pam so egg will not stick.

When pan is hot pour in the mixture and let site till starts to turn light brown in color.

Use a spatula to slowly start rolling the egg. Its like rolling up a jelly roll.

Don't roll to fast or your egg will start to brake.

Once you get the egg all rolled move it into center of pan and let cook till golden brown.

If you want cut in half to make sure its done.
