Your Fell Pony looks just like, Tinkerbell, a pony we bought for our grandaughter. She is 13.2 hands. They are almost a perfect match. I had never heard of the Fell breed until you posted. We have often wondered what Tinks cross was to get a tail like your horses and feathered feet. We thought maybe old style Morgan somewhere. ?? No way possible she is Fell, but the resemblance is uncanny. I have no way to post pics, boy I wish I could.
