i am now 58 yrs old and my parents divorced when i was 11.. dad was very rich and took us to hawaii,, disney land.. well you get the pic. Mom was very poor and she had the 4 of us to take care of.. she is the person i adore and love the most..you can't buy love even though dad tried. but just by being there for us and taking care of us my mom is the most adored by all.. you bond when you eat together, you bond when watching tv together.. it is the together time that seals the bond. So don't worry about what others do for your kids.. you are their mom and there is no one else in the world like you.
