Day 10

The egg with the air chamber on the side:

One of the normal eggs:

All of the eggs are growing fine and have lots of movement. Are there any problems to be expected between now and hatch date?

The weight loss is at 9% on average while it would be best at 7% today. I'll top up the humidity to around 47% for the next few days i think. It's been between 35 and 43 until now.

Just keep doing what you're doing I'd say. Check them before they go into lockdown then try not to hover over the incubator waiting for 'something' to happen (don't worry, we all do it)!

Day 14 candling: all the eggs are doing great! No quitters yet. My incubator did have something weird going on. He automatically put himself back to day 1...
