Panseared duck breast. Grilled asparagus and creamy polenta with a wild mushroom rague.
Salad to pair. A spring mix topped with orange segments, toasted almonds, thin sliced red bell pepper, pear, olive enfused goat cheese with a warm Honey mustard Dijon dressing. Thought I had a picture of it, I'll have to get one tonight.
