Stopped on the way home from catering the other night to help a stranded motorist. All I saw were the emergency lights beaming off every few seconds in a wall of darkness. Had to stop. It was about half way between two towns and a long ways from both.
Anyways this poor brown bear took the brunt of the damage, although it looked like the guys brand new lifted f350 or whatever it was hit a boulder dead on. The whole front end of his truck was caved in and fluids were leaking everywhere. The occupants were no worse for wear and the was already on the phone with triple a when I arrived, and it seemed just a few minutes after it happened. The crazy part of this whole story is that the poor couple was actually on their was to eat at my place of employment and had already driven for around an hour to get as far as they did, and through the town where my bosses just took over a second business. Just wanted to share that money with you all.

Butchered some chickens the other day. Here's a comparison of fibro vs normal.
That is fascinating....glad you posted.
Saw some black chicken on a cooking show....but they didn't show the meat cooked or raw, hint, hint.
...or maybe they did, but it was so froofrooed up with other stuff you couldn't see it clearly.

Woke up yesterday and my turkey decided he was over standing. After all he is a meat bird and has hit that point. Woke up this morning and started this.

Best way I could think to heat up that much water. I have a pulley set up in a tree to hoist the Tom up and am using a 550 paracord rope to help deal with the weight. It's his time and only off by a week

most likely just going to roast for the full effect. Gonna wait till after the holiday though. I'll make sure to get pictures of it finished.
