My White leghorn Rooster crowing at 3:00 A.M.

Why are the hens active at 3:00 am? Do you have light supplementation?

Sounds normal.
I've had roosters crow if they woke up or were woken up at different hours of the day. Doesn't last too long, they'll go back to sleep.

I had an EE rooster that would crow at 3 am and wake the ladies up. They would then go back to sleep. He crowed insesently at any point during the day or night. Please tell me yours doesn't do that.

Yes. The one that complained has an unfortunate outlook on life. She is happy only when other aren't.
