My White Seb "babies" and q about angel wing PIC HEAVY

Ok so here's my babies....though they aren't babies any more.

Also, I'm thinking her wing is just heavy right now, but I wanted to check and make sure this isn't angel wing. It doesn't LOOK twisted on the tip, but....the onther side isnt like this.

I guess I should've been more clear. In the second to last picture, you can see that the right wing is hanging away from the body, different from the left.
 
Angel wing is pretty apparent on a goose they just hold their wings wrong so that the tips stick out rather than laying on their backs. Most geese have "heavy wing" when they first get wing feathers and in hot weather they will hold them out away from their bodies. Yours all seem to show heavy wing but I don't see any real angel wing.
 
There's lots of congestion of blood in the new feathers, I think they are tender/painful too. Both my goslings (now nine weeks old) had "heavy wings" for a little while. They still have to pull them up, like baggy pants now and then.

Angel wing is where the last joint is completely turned at an angle away from the body, it sticks straight out sideways.
