Starting to look pretty good to me!!!

Still have the inside of the coop to finish and put the shingles on.

I cut up the 2x6 for the trim pieces, got all the shutters in and the doors.

I have been slacking a bit but have to get it done my chickens are out growing the Tubs I have them in even tho I split them up into 2 bins...

I'd suggest you find a higher sided round container to put under the bucket instead of the square shallow one......they will scratch and spread that crumble all over the place.
