Mycoplasm

So I have had a few chickens sneezing and didn't think much of it but now one has some bubbles in its eyes is that a sign of mycoplasm because I really don't want to have to get rid of 15+ birds.

It is possible, but without a throat swab culture done it could be many things.... I would isolate any that are sneezing with bubbles in eyes etc... Far from other birds and always handle them last to prevent contaminating healthy birds. Respitory illness not related to fowl pox ...mostly remains a carrier state in surviving affected birds.
