My first flock had two BOs but both died, I've been wanting to get some for a while now and so I finally got some this spring .

Got 2 D'Uccles, they are aweome! Fav bantam by far. I got a Porcelain cockerel, his name is Napoleon (obviously) and his girlfriend, a Mille fleur named Edna Mae She is our favorite, and soooo sweet!

Aren't d'Uccles just the best?

She looks great! I just got two buffs this spring too. I can't wait for them to start laying! What other breeds did you get this spring?

I got 7 chicks total (due to space limitations in the coop ). 2 BOs (Luna and Stella), 2 EEs (Chip and Pip), 1 Buff Brahma (Alice), 1 Welsummer (Tib), and 1 BR (Sassy). We had a hawk attack 2 months ago and it took sassy . Here are a few more pictures of the 'teenage' girls .

Your pullets look great. I'm sorry to hear that you lost Sassy.
I added 3 Aussies, 2 BO, 4 BR, 4 Doms, and 2 Welsummers to my flock this spring. They are all about to start laying (well the Doms are already laying). I can't wait to get my first Wellie egg, as this is the first time I've raised wellies. Is your Wellie laying yet? She looks like it with that bright red comb.
