I'd get it ASAP being egg-bound can take them out pretty quick.
Can you check her vent to see if it's pulsing that is another sign they need to lay. You can heat a towel in the dryer place it in a crate with her laying on top the moisture from the warm towel can help. Putting her in a bathroom with the hot water running in the shower can help. [Don't put her in the shower with the hot water running] Letting her float in nice warm water can sometimes help too.
Calcium gluconate works the best.

I went and got the medicine and gave it to her when i got home. She seemed more dazed but otherwise the same. hopefully it fixes it.

Check her crop - Is it full and hard? Does it empty in the morning?
