Mysterious, painful leg

Pennox 343 Oxytetracline
Durvet Duramycin 10
I have maracyn that I have that I treated my fish with if that is anyway able to be used
Probably have some amoxicillin somewhere too

I ran into that post about Dr. Brown too! It was like the first thing that google brought up. I hate to come off as a complete freak but would it be a talk show? I have a weird social insecurity/aspbergers so I am hesitant to call. If I am just talking to him I would be fine, but talk show? Errrr.....

I left a couple messages to some vets, hopefully I will hear back. I left one to a vet nearby that sees the zoo animals in the town asking if there is anyway they would be willing to see her

* Quick question off topic! my silkie got soaked in the rain and now she is sleeping in the nesting box and it is supposed to get below 40 tonight, should she be ok?

I'd blow dry the Silkie, as their feathers are useless when wet.
No it's not a talk show, the chicken whisperer is a talk show...he talks about a lot of helpful things for chicken owners....like Dr. Brown , Mr. Brown does it on his own time and is very helpful.
The amoxicillin, 250 mg would be my first choice.

I hope they arent expired. If they are, they would just be less likely to work? No harm in trying?

I don't think it would hurt. I can't find the number either. I'd call the stores number and ask them....I think he runs it if I remember correctly. I believe that is how it use to be done.

Ok I found it. Amoxicillin 500mg (half capsule then) expired 5/2009
What should I add it to?

If she is drinking well you can add it to her water...just give a small amount of water so she'll get more. You can sprinkle something she loves to eat with it....

Those are over 3 years over expiration date. They lose their effectivenes the longer they go past..I wouldn't use anything that was over 6 month expired. Do you have something that is within its effectiveness dates? That would probably be preferred over outdated meds.
