Mysterious skull in water bowl

I live in central New Hampshire...the area is quite rural but there're no official parks nearby

At least a couple months...tho skin is not all gone.
I'd clean the rest of the flesh/skin off and soak it in some bleach solution for a couple days and then let it dry in the sun.

Since it is still pretty greasy.... I would say at least a couple months. Probably not more than a year.

Actually hydrogen peroxide works much better. Makes the skull/bone much whiter. Bleach can soften the bone and make it more yellow.

Good idea, would help degrade the remaining tissue too.
