I doubt that he is right about the age though. Especially if they haven't started laying. My BR started laying at 5 months. They are very good layers. Yours looks ready to lay any time, if she hasn't started already.

I can't wait to see her pop out some tiny eggs. I am crossing her with a golden sebright. I will have super bantam pickled egg layers someday! Wonder what their babies will look like. Man I wish I knew enough about genetics to see before breeding.

Chocolate is none-too-happy to have another bantam hen kicking about. She is the only tiny lady allowed here, I guess, LOL.
