What country do you live in? In the USA, that would be a mixed breed. If you are in the UK, that looks like a Shetland Hen.

I agree with silkie cross something, and a pullet.

Could be Brabranter or Spitzhauben mix. Since the crest isn't so big and poofy and no feathered feet. Generally if mixed with silkie I think the feet come feathered in most that are mixed. And the feathers dont resemble any of the coloring for the Brabranter or Spitzhauben, but again if mixed, then any feather pattern could be possible, Maybe a BCM with Brabranter?
