Can anyone tell me what kind of bird this is? It has been wandering around the neighborhood for a few months now, and a few neighbors have stopped by to tell us one of our chickens is in their yard. :p It has very thin black and white stripes and no feathers on it's head. Bigger than a chicken, definitely taller. Today I found it chilling out by my sliding glass door. I tried feeding it bits of bread (all I had on hand) but it would not be wooed. It hung out by the coop tractor for a bit before moving on to the next yard. It hung out on a fence for awhile but didn't come back today. Any ideas?

Looks like your mystery bird is a Pearl Guinea Fowl.
