I received a meyer hatchery meal maker chick that was identified as a barred rock via phoning the hatchery. This bird doesn't look like my last barred rock. Any guesses what she is? Feet are dark colored.

Yes, it's definitely either partridge or red tailed black rock.

Definitely not a Barred Rock--Looks like an Easter Egger, but that depends on the comb.

Looks like some blue/grey feet under there...has similar feathering and foot color to my Easter Egger.

Easter Egger is my best guess. That's what the feather patterning and body/tail shape make me think of. Her face looks very EE to me too.
