Mystery Roo - What breed is he?

Can anyone tell me what breed this Roo is?
He is purebred from Murray McMurray Hatchery... one of the rare breed chicks they throw in with all orders for free.

he is an easter egger which is a mix, yes hatcheries sell mixes like this, and no he is not a rare breed at all he is a very very very common breed

I just looked at a Golden Penciled Hamburgs and it looks similar... this picture doesn't really do it justice; when you see him standing on the ground with his head pointing up and tail out he looks different..

I know what an easter egger is... thanks.

I don't think that's the case with this one... like i said in my last post.. when he is standing up with neck straight out and his tail is shooting up and out he looks alot diff... this was the best picture I had though.

he is not a hamburg if he is he is very poor in quality even for a hatchery bird as he has the wrong comb and wrong leg color...ee's can look like anything as an ee is any bird that carries the blue egg laying gene that does not meet the standard.

This picture doesn't even show his legs... the comb does look a bit different yes..
again.. I know what an easter egger is.. lol

It appears he has white ear lobes. Does he? What color are his legs? I assume they are clean (no feathers)?
